The merchandise sold on this site is custom-made, hand-crafted jewelry that is manufactured per order, per specification. Our master artisans make each and every item as ordered by you just for you. Because our jewelry is manufactured specific to each order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. We will gladly make modifications and adjustments as necessary and within possibility. However, all sales are final!
